Chai Spice Blend

Chai spice blends vary, so experiment with your own version. Star anise, fennel and coriander are also used in chai spice blends.

Ingredients

  • 3 tbsp ground cinnamon
  • 1 tbsp ground ginger
  • 1 tbsp ground cardamom
  • 2 tsp ground allspice
  • 2 tsp ground nutmeg
  • 2 tsp ground cloves
  • 1 tsp black pepper

Instructions

  • Combine all spices in a plastic bag or jar and shake well.
