Ice cream has been an obsession of mine for most of my life. I started making it about 20 years ago and fell in love with the simple but highly rewarding process, as well as the endless variety of flavors that I wanted to try.
In the past three or so years I’ve made and documented over 150 different flavors, and I’ve learned quite a bit along the way. I still have such a passion to learn more and make every flavor imaginable.
Join me if you too wake up screaming for ice cream every morning, or if you just like a little lick now and then. What a gross sentence! But I do really have all the ideas and if I haven’t made your favorite flavor yet, please suggest it and I will probably give it a shot!
